Allen White

Director, chairman of the board

Allen holds a Master in Mathematics. He started his career at IBM before working as a financial consultant for IT and organization consultancy firms. He developed the first consolidation software for the Group Société Générale de Belgique in 1980 and then started his own company in 1985, dedicated to consolidation services and the development of financial and legal group information systems.

He still keeps a close eye on any new software development within Sigma Conso.

 

Dominique Galloy

Managing director

A Commercial Engineer and Master in Finance, Dominique has held several management positions in services and sales. He then worked as a regional director for several large international financial software suppliers of French, Swedish and American nationalities. In 2006 Dominique joined the company Sigma Conso as Chief Operations Officer.

 

Annie Frère

Director

Annie holds a Master in Mathematics. She started her career in the banking sector as a business analyst, then moved to an international credit manager position before becoming an SME marketing manager. She co-founded ConsoServices in 1986  with Allen White and  Sigma Conso in 2002. Since then, she has been in charge of the strategic and international development of the company.

 

Vincent Cornil

Vincent Cornil

Head of development

Vincent holds a Master in Applied Economics. He started his career at IBM before joining Sibeka, part of the Société Générale de Belgique Group, where he was in charge of consolidation.

After having worked for a Swedish supplier of financial reporting and consolidation software, he joined Sigma Conso in 2006. He is now in charge of new software development.

 

Olivier Nardi

Olivier Nardi

Head of business development for Sigma Conso Luxembourg

Olivier is a chartered accountant and holds a Master in Finance. He worked as a senior manager and IFRS consolidation specialist at E&Y Luxembourg, mainly within the private equity and real estate sectors. He joined Sigma Conso Luxembourg in November 2010 as the Head of Business Development.
