Our seminars on consolidation techniques
A complete cycle of consolidation seminars is organized twice a year in French and Dutch, in Belgium and Luxemburg.

Objective
The objective is to learn the consolidation techniques, from the basis principles to more specific aspects such as equity reconciliation, cash flow statement, impact of IAS/IFRS on scope, and adjustments or case studies like disposal of a company, merger, change of consolidation method, …

To whom are the seminars adressed
These seminars are aimed to CFO’s, controllers, consolidators, accountants, auditors, financial analysts, fiduciaries who need to produce, control or analyse consolidated accounts.
They are practise-oriented and provide a concrete guidance to lead a complete consolidation process. The methodology taught is internationnaly recognized and has contributed to the training of hundreds of consolidators since 1987.

Each module can be followed independantly but preferably in chronological order. They can be split on several sessions.
