Saas is a new model enabling a customer to use a software remotely via internet with the application hosted on an external web server. Compared with the ASP (Application Service Provider), the SaaS mode, emerging since 2001 and rapidly developing since 2006, includes generally a high level of customization and a certain degree of integration with the other internal client applications.
This solution allows the customer to benefit from an increased flexibility regarding the evolution of his needs, scalability, as well as the garantee of a permanent availability of the solution whith the consequence of reducing acquisition, installation and maintenance costs.

- Number of users, number of entities, estimated size of the database, access profiles and security, etc.
- Group perimeter, currencies, group chart of accounts, set up of interfaces with current local accounting systems, interfaces with the consolidation system, ...
- Preparation of the customized application (Setup).
- Helpdesk and automatic availability of new releases.
- Hosting of the application (program and data) on our securized servers.
- Initial training of the users and administrator.
- A support during each intercompany reconciliation process.
This service is provided on basis of an annual fixed fee.
As an option, you can also extend the service to a complete outsourcing of your group intercompany reconciliation.
