Does Sigma InterWeb allow me to load data from the transactional systems ?
Yes, Sigma InterWeb provides an interface for the transactional data. Each user at subsidiary and HQ level will be able to load the data extracted from the G/L systems and incorporate them into the Sigma InterWeb database.
Conversion tables are available and will be manageable locally.
Dynamic links between G/L and Sigma InterWeb environments are possible at database level.
Can I run the interco matching if the data are incomplete ?
Every user will be able to run an intercompany matching at any time with his peers. They will not have to wait for the consolidator before analyzing the differences. Even if the data are not completed for all entities, a user can already start the process of reconciliation with the companies he selects.
A company agenda will provide the user with a view on the status of the companies within the group that have intercompany information with his own company(ies) and he will be informed on the level of completion of data input and approval of his peers.
Does Sigma InterWeb provide tools for automatic lettering ?
Yes, Sigma InterWeb provides a step by step process for the lettering of the intercompany transactions between companies. From totally automatic to a manual selection, a user will define the matched transactions, the reasons for remaining differences and will be able to add comments visible for his colleague.
