Sigma Software & Services announces the opening of her new subsidiary in Luxemburg: Sigma Conso Luxembourg. The growth of the activities in Luxemburg due to the continuously increase of the demand for expert services in consolidation has been the initiator of this decision to create a local structure in order to build a closer collaboration with the customers.  

As from 2002, the Belgian company Sigma Software & Services has followed an extensive growth in Belgium and Luxemburg and became a leader and ‘the reference’ in terms of services offering combined with expert software solutions for the financial consolidation of groups of all sizes. Sigma Conso Luxembourg proposes a wide range of services, from specific advice to outsourcing, interim and assistance in consolidation processes for groups, trusts, financial institutions, accountants and registered auditors.  ‘We are convinced that the Luxemburg place represents a tremendous potential of growth in this niche market that requires a strong and up-to-date expertise of the international regulations in terms of legal and financial reporting and there continuous evolutions’, says Annie Frère, Chairman of the Board.
