| Being independent from audit companies, we are fully compliant with the Corporate Governance regulations. The relation between the client, the auditors and Sigma is simple and non ambiguous, each party playing a well identified role. In particular, if the client decides to outsource its consolidation, we execute the consolidation and report directly to the client; the auditors control the consolidation and report to the client. |
