Our seminars on consolidation techniques
A complete cycle of consolidation seminars is organized twice a year in French and Dutch, in Belgium and Luxembourg .
Objective
The objective is to master the consolidation techniques, from the basic principles to more specific aspects such as equity reconciliation, consolidated cash flow statement, impact of IAS/IFRS on scope, and adjustments.
And you will see practical case studies such as disposal of a company, merger, acquisition, change of consolidation method, etc.
The seminars are practice-oriented and provide concrete guidance to lead a complete consolidation process in full autonomy.
For whom
These seminars are aimed at CFOs, controllers, consolidators, accountants, auditors, financial analysts, fiduciaries who need to produce, control or analyze consolidated accounts.
Each module can be attended independently, however it is recommended that they be attended in chronological order. They can be split over several sessions. French sessions are organized by our partner Conso Services and given by Allen White.
